1. FORMS  Fill out the enclosed registration and health forms.  Be sure to fill out all sections carefully and completely.  It is very important to sign all of the Authorizations. Review age requirements of camp; campers must be the correct age at the time of camp to participate.   2. FEES  Enclose your full registration fee to reserve a spot at camp.  Make checks out to Maywood. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time. To receive discounted rate, your family must be an Association Member at the time of registration.   3. CONFIRMATION  A confirmation packet will be mailed after we receive your registration form and payment. Confirmation packets include welcome letter, camp start date, list of things to bring, tentative camp schedule, arrival and departure information, and a map with directions. Camp schedules are not finalized until closer to the actual camp date. We will keep you posted on scheduling changes.
